While pregnant, Myla completed Prenatal Teach Training with Juliette Kurth at Silverlake Yoga. Seeing an impact of yoga on her body during pregnancy and on rehabilitation during postpartum, Myla developed deep passion for working with pregnant students. She feels honored to guide mothers during such incredible time, helping to relieve pregnancy aches and discomfort, to decrease anxiety, to feel strong and confident in their body, to prepare for the birth and to slowly build the body to prepregnancy state.
