Not yet rated A neighbourhood studio on Honolulu Avenue in Montrose, built on Hatha: the schedule runs from a traditional Hatha class through Hatha Flow, a Gentle Flow that is explicitly open to prenatal students, Gentle Yin and a half-flow half-restorative Flow and Release. Advance booking is required and walk-ins are not taken. Unlimited members also get an on-demand library of over a hundred videos, and there is a small boutique attached, open Sundays.
