Frequently asked
I'm brand new to yoga — can I just show up?
Yes. The schedule includes all-levels classes that welcome first-timers, and teachers offer modifications throughout, so no prior experience is needed. Arriving 10–15 minutes early gives you time to check in, set up, and let the instructor know it's your first class.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring water. A mat is the only essential, and mat rental is available on-site if you don't have your own. Props are provided, so you don't need to bring blocks or straps.
Do you take drop-ins, or do I need a membership?
Drop-ins are welcome — you don't need a membership to attend. Single-class, class-pack, and membership options are typically available; check the studio's website for current pricing before you book.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available around Ocean Park Blvd. Metered and time-limited spots are common in the area, so allow a few extra minutes to find a space and read the posted signs.
