Recovery Dharma Los Angeles hosts a day-long gathering about healing from shame at SHARE! in Culver City on Saturday, November 21, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with doors at 9:15 AM for coffee, tea and conversation. The organiser describes it as trauma-informed, and you do not need to be in recovery to come.

The agenda opens with a welcome and meditation, then a recovery panel of Recovery Dharma members, a talk by Peter Kuhn on recovery, resilience and creative improvisation, and a provided lunch with music in the garden. The afternoon brings a shame-release workshop with Freddie Lara, a community-building session, and a restorative sound bath with singing bowls and gongs led by Kimberly, followed by a closing gratitude circle; the printed agenda runs these last two to 5:00 PM.

Tickets are pay what you can, down to zero, and the organiser says to come even if signing up gives you trouble. Children are welcome with an adult, and parking is free.

MyLAyoga does not run this event and takes no booking. The link goes straight to the organizer.
