Mexico retreats: common questions
Which Mexico retreat should I choose?
If you want a set week with a group of women and a fixed program, choose the Tulum week in February 2027. If you want the shortest flight from LA and your own dates, choose Haramara in Sayulita, and tell us roughly when you would go.
Is the Tulum retreat only for women?
Yes. It is a women's retreat, for a group of 25 to 30.
Can beginners come?
The Tulum hosts say yes: there is one yoga class each morning, with variations and modifications offered, and nothing on the schedule is compulsory. For Haramara, the level depends on the visiting teacher, so we check for you.
