Questions from people-ops and planners
Corporate wellness FAQ.
How much does corporate yoga cost in Los Angeles?
On-site corporate yoga starts at $300 per 45–60 minute session for up to 25 people, which is in line with LA studio rates for corporate classes. Team sound baths start at $1,200 for up to 20, conference wellness breaks at $450, and a full-day wellness retreat at $4,500 for up to 25 people. Weekly and monthly series are quoted per quarter.
Do employees need to change clothes or have yoga experience?
No. Conference breaks and chair-based sessions are designed for business clothes and no experience. For mat-based sessions we suggest comfortable clothes, and we tell your team in the invite copy we write for you.
How much space do we need?
Roughly 20 square feet per person for chair sessions and 25 for mat sessions. A 15-person class fits a cleared meeting room; larger groups work in a lobby, event space or roof deck. Send a photo or floor plan and we will confirm.
Can you work with our procurement, security and venue requirements?
Yes. Tell us what your venue or procurement team needs, such as a certificate of insurance, a W-9, vendor onboarding forms or building access lists, and we will confirm each item before you book.
How is it invoiced?
You get one fixed price in the proposal. Once you approve it we send an invoice; the proposal states the deposit, payment terms and rescheduling policy up front.
Can you run a recurring program?
Yes. Weekly office yoga, monthly sound baths or a quarterly wellness day are all common. Recurring series are quoted per quarter, usually below the single-session price.
How many people can a conference break or reset room serve?
A facilitated wellness break works for a room of 20 up to several hundred with a microphone. A reset room typically serves 8–12 people per ten-minute session, so roughly 40–60 people an hour across a full event day.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a single session; four to eight weeks for a reset room or a full-day retreat. Shorter notice is often possible, so ask.
Is a sound bath appropriate for a workplace?
Yes. It is a guided relaxation session with no belief system attached: people lie or sit comfortably and listen. Anyone can sit it out or leave quietly. We keep volume moderate and flag it in advance for anyone with a sound sensitivity or a medical device.
