New Moon Manifestation Sunset Sound Bath at Will Rogers State Beach

Aura Manifest's new moon sound bath on the sand at Will Rogers State Beach: guided intention setting, then about 45 minutes of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and chimes as the sun goes down, on Saturday, October 10, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

A sound bath on the sand at sunset, people lying under blankets on towels while a row of glowing white crystal singing bowls and a chime stand sit to one side, the sun low over the hills and a lifeguard tower in the distance

Lauren of Aura Manifest runs her sound baths on the beach and times them to the moon. This one falls on the October new moon, Saturday, October 10, on the sand at Will Rogers State Beach from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., so the session runs through the sunset.

It opens with grounding and a guided visualization for setting new-moon intentions, then moves into roughly 45 to 50 minutes of sound: crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, played while you lie down. Eye masks are provided and no experience is needed.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, a pillow if you want one, water and warm layers; the beach cools quickly once the sun is down and you are lying still. Park in Lot 3, entered at Pacific Coast Highway and Temescal Canyon, keep right to the end of the lot and walk down to the sand near lifeguard towers 6 and 7. The organizer asks you to arrive about 15 minutes early.

The session is ticketed on Eventbrite, with refunds up to a day before. MyLAyoga does not run this event and takes no booking. The link goes straight to the organizer’s ticket page.
