The Rejuvenate and Unwind Sound Bath Sunday offers a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath for the week ahead. Participants can meditate to soothing melodies in a tranquil setting to let go of stress and connect with their inner self.
Khalifa -SoundsofLove leads the event. The session begins at 1 PM and concludes at 2 PM on Sunday, November 15, 2026. It is free.
The event takes place at Barnsdall Art Park in Los Angeles. Participants should bring a yoga mat or blanket, pillows, water, crystals, and any other items to stay comfortable. Because the event is outdoors, guests should dress warmly. The sound bath is located near the art gallery toward the back of the park, specifically to the right of the gallery or in the grassy area to the left if entering from the back parking area. Look for the setup of sound bowls.
