Fabletics in Arcadia opens its store before hours on Sunday, October 18, for a free hour of surf yoga and sound, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Kirsty Maggio leads Surf Yoga, a flow on real surfboards, no waves involved, that works balance, core strength and focus. Noura Gina Ammar of Active Wellness closes the session with a mental performance reset and a live sound bath.

There are 12 boards. Ten go to the first ten people to arrive, and two rotate among everyone else, who do the same flow on a mat alongside. If you want a board for the whole hour, arrive early. All levels are welcome; bring a mat, water and a towel.
