One Colorado's The Courtyard Series | Wellness Sessions features mindful fitness and restorative practices led by Equinox instructors and Somer Skye Energy Works at One Colorado Old Pasadena.
The wellness sessions provide a space to relax and unwind while beginning the week with clear intentions. The program includes mindful fitness experiences such as Pilates and Yoga, alongside specialized Sound Bath and Breathwork sessions. Somer Skye Energy Works guides the breathwork and sound healing, which features crystal bowls, chimes, and live cello. This session takes place on November 1, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in Pasadena.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel, and water for the fitness classes. For those attending the Sound Bath, blankets and pillows are welcome for added comfort. It is free.
The event is held at One Colorado Old Pasadena, located at 41 Hugus Alley, Pasadena, CA 91103. To find the second-level office space at 35 Hugus Alley, Suite 200, look for the stairwell located directly across from Sushi Roku at 33 Miller Alley and to the right of the IPIC marquee. Enter through the second set of double doors on the left once on the balcony.
