Yoga Day at LMU: Resilience and Recovery
LMU Yoga Studies' 15th annual Yoga Day: practice, meditation, a panel, art and music on Saturday, November 7, 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Free and open to all.
Loyola Marymount University’s Yoga Studies program holds its 15th annual Yoga Day on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. This year’s theme is resilience and recovery through kriyā yoga, the “yoga of action” of Yoga Sūtra 2.1: tapas (self-discipline), svādhyāya (self-study) and īśvara-praṇidhāna (surrender to the divine).
The day brings yoga practice, meditation, a panel discussion, art and music, with family-friendly sessions, in the University Hall Atrium and Auditorium on LMU’s Westchester campus.
It is free and open to all, with free parking. LMU asks people to RSVP through the form linked from its Yoga Day page.
MyLAyoga does not run this event and takes no booking. The link goes straight to the organizer.
