Sculpt CorePower Yoga Beverly Grove
The Wilshire Boulevard room, on the lower level of an office tower near Fairfax. Heated power classes and weighted sculpt on the chain's usual daily schedule, in a large, plain, well-lit room.
Flow Yoga by Joe K
The studio Joe K opened on West 5th Street after more than a decade teaching in LA, first at Modo Yoga LA from 2011 and then at Urban 728 Yoga, which he founded in 2016. Classes are vinyasa and power flows set to music in an infrared-heated room at 90 to 95°F, with a Saturday sculpt class, a Thursday evening yin restorative and a 90-minute signature class on Sunday mornings. A drop-in is $45 and new students get a week for $40; the $199 monthly membership adds red light therapy, a cold plunge and an outdoor shower. A 200-hour teacher training starts in February 2027.
