Flow One Down Dog Eagle Rock
A high-ceilinged Colorado Blvd room with exposed beams and a wall of props, the biggest of the three One Down Dog studios, and the one whose schedule leans hardest on slow flow and restorative.
Cycling The Cycling Pigeon
A boutique spin studio first and a yoga studio second (it describes itself as exactly that), with outdoor spin on stationary bikes, in a covered private lot, filling most of the timetable and yoga classes taught alongside by two yoga instructors. The owner teaches both. Small, unpretentious and built around knowing its regulars, so worth knowing about if you want the bike and the mat in one place, and not the choice if you want a deep yoga schedule.
