Ashtanga Lila Yoga Studio
A little further along Foothill from Yoga Rebel, and pitched at the traditional end: a genuine Ashtanga class sits on the same timetable as vinyasa, gentle flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra and a Restore and Sound class, with targeted hips-and-hamstrings and shoulders mobility sessions for people working around a specific restriction. Lila Strength and Hatha Power cover the harder end.
Vinyasa flow Yoga Rebel Studio
Boutique strength, yoga and recovery on Foothill Boulevard, running 20-plus classes a week across three tracks, dynamic vinyasa and candlelit slow flows on the yoga side, plus strength, mat Pilates and mobility work, and sound bath meditations on the events calendar. Classes cap at twelve students, which is the reason to come: at that size a teacher can actually watch you.
