Round Willow Yoga
A Highland Avenue studio a block from Sol Seek El Porto, built explicitly around inclusivity and all levels being meant literally. Mats rent for $5 and blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are supplied; restrooms are unisex and there are showers. Parking is the local difficulty — free spots sit east in the residential streets, metered at Rosecrans and Highland, and the studio suggests allowing fifteen minutes at weekends. Teacher training and studio rental alongside the schedule.
Sol Seek Yoga El Porto
Sol Seek's second Manhattan Beach room, up at the El Porto end of Highland and a few doors from Round Willow. Same schedule shape as The Loft — flow, Yin and restorative for all levels, small groups — in a quieter, more neighbourhood setting than the pier. Memberships and the on-demand library cover both rooms.
