Same schedule shape as The Loft — flow, Yin and restorative for all levels, small groups — in a quieter, more neighbourhood setting than the pier. The original Manhattan Beach room, formerly the Yoga Loft, on Ocean Drive a short walk from the pier — a full ocean-view studio where the light and the sound of the surf are genuinely part of the class. Small group sizes, flow, Yin and restorative across all levels, with Ayurveda treatments in the same space. Parking is the catch in summer; the Metlox structure on Manhattan Beach Blvd is the fallback.
