Flow Kefi Yoga
Kefi is a Greek word for joy and passion that, the studio says, has no direct English translation, and the studio was built out of it: founder Angeliki Papadakis started teaching her brother through the pandemic shutdown, when the corporate studios closed and their teachers and students scattered. It grew from there into two studios on Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance running 8 to 13 classes a day, including heated Hot Fusion, and the LA Times has written it up.
