Sound bath Yoga Nest Venice
An eclectic, light-filled studio known for candlelit yin, immersive sound baths, and a magical community feel. Offering everything from energizing Vinyasa and Ashtanga flows to gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, and restorative practices, Yoga Nest creates space for both movement and deep rest. With a welcoming, inclusive spirit and a vibrant calendar of workshops and special events, it’s a place to explore new practices, reconnect with yourself, and find a sense of belonging in the heart of Venice.
Aerial D&A Flying Yoga
An aerial studio on Wilshire where the hammock is the point: aerial yoga uses the silk to support deeper stretches and inversions you could not hold on the floor, which makes it unusually friendly to beginners despite how it looks. The same studio also runs pole and flying bungee classes, which are not yoga at all, so read the timetable before booking. Instructor training and studio rental are offered alongside.
Hot yoga Kinship Yoga
On North Figueroa in Highland Park, with a mission statement that treats health as a common right rather than a product: self healing, self awareness, and a stated commitment to tolerance and recognition across a diverse room. Much of the schedule runs hot, in an infrared-heated room the studio puts at 98 to 100°F, with yin, sculpt, power and aerial classes, workshops and a teacher training, and a new-student path that does not assume you have practised before.
