Sculpt shefayoga Venice
A beautiful Main Street studio with dharma-rich flows, sculpt, breathwork and reiki offerings.
Kundalini Atma Yoga and Healing Arts
A small kundalini room a block from the beach on Bay Street, with a painted blue wave covering one wall. Kundalini yoga in the tradition's mix of movement, breath, meditation and chant, alongside gong sound sessions, private reiki healing and reiki certification training. The studio says classes run every day of the week, but it does not post class times online: its booking page covers the reiki trainings only, so call or message for the schedule before you plan a visit.
Flow Prema Yoga
Prema means love, and the Granada Hills studio leans on that: small classes, hands-on teachers, and options offered pose by pose rather than a single shape everyone is expected to hit. The calendar runs well past the mat (kirtan evenings, an Ashtanga primary series intensive, a yoga-Reiki-and-chakras workshop, sound healing), and there are teacher trainings and a livestream-only membership. Thirty days unlimited for $69 if you have never been.
Pilates Spiritual Flow Studio
A mother-and-daughter studio on Ventura that runs three things at once: reformer Pilates, heated mat Pilates and sculpt, and a yoga-and-sound track spanning vinyasa, detox power flow, yin, restorative and sound bath meditation. The heat is infrared and varies by class rather than being one hot room (roughly 96–100°F for mat Pilates and sculpt, 80°F on the reformers), with LED red-light therapy in the evening sessions. Reiki is offered one-to-one alongside the class schedule.
Hot yoga The Wild Plum
A holistic spa and yoga center on North Maclay Avenue in San Fernando, opened in 2018 by sisters Alexandra and Daniela Del Gaudio, with a scholarship that gives a monthly unlimited membership to students in financial need. Most of the 20 weekly classes are heated, the hot vinyasa up to 105°F with added humidity, alongside yin, Pilates fusion, a Sunday evening candlelight restorative and a Saturday kids class. The spa side runs facials, massage, private reiki, sound healing and an infrared sauna by appointment. New students get a month of unlimited yoga for $59, and parking is on the surrounding residential streets.
Yin Thrive Health and Wellness Collective
A collective of more than thirty independent practitioners founded by acupuncturist Margot Chambers in 2021, across two buildings on Stanford Avenue, and a healing practice first: most of it is one-to-one treatment (acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, herbal medicine) booked by appointment. The weekly group classes run in the upstairs studio at 2907, reached by the outdoor stairs: Yin Yoga and Breathe & Flow on Wednesday mornings, an evening stretch class for mobility, mat Pilates on Thursdays, holotropic-style breathwork on Saturday nights and a Sunday strength class for women in menopause. Mats and props are provided, and a class is $35 or $125 for four. The hours shown are the class times.
