Why a private one
Studio sound baths are lovely. Your own is something else.
In a public class you share the room with forty strangers and a stack of rental mats. A private sound bath is built around your people and your space: the lights where you want them, the intention you choose, the gong as soft or as big as the group likes.
We handle everything. A practitioner arrives with the instruments, mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows, sets the room, guides the session, and packs it all away. You lie down, and for an hour nobody needs anything from you.

How much does a private sound bath cost in Los Angeles?
Private sound baths here start at $295 for two and $495 for up to eight guests; extra guests are $30 each. Candlelight, outdoor and rooftop formats run $575–$850 because of the styling and permits involved. Travel inside Greater Los Angeles is included in every price.
How long does a sound bath last?
Sixty minutes for most formats: a short opening, forty to fifty minutes of sound, and a slow return. Yoga + Sound Bath, Under the Stars and Bridal run seventy-five minutes. We arrive about 45 minutes early to set up.
What should guests wear and bring?
Comfortable, layered clothes (socks are welcome; the body cools as it relaxes). We bring mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows for everyone. Skip heavy perfume and eat lightly beforehand.
How much space do we need?
Roughly 25 square feet per guest lying down, about the footprint of a yoga mat with room around it. A typical living room fits six to ten people; a patio, rooftop or garden fits more. Send a photo of the space with your request and we will plan the layout.
Can we do it outdoors, on a rooftop or on the beach?
Yes. Moonlight and Under the Stars are built for it. Beach and park sessions need a permit, which we arrange; wind, cold and noise are planned for in advance, with heaters and extra blankets in cooler months.
Is a sound bath safe for everyone?
Most people simply find it deeply relaxing. If a guest is pregnant, has epilepsy, a pacemaker, a sound sensitivity or a hearing condition, tell us and check with their doctor first; we can keep the gong soft or leave it out. A sound bath is relaxation, not medical treatment.
Do guests need any experience with meditation?
None. Everyone lies down, gets comfortable and listens. The opening guidance tells people exactly what to do, which is mostly nothing.
What is the difference between a sound bath and sound healing?
The terms are used loosely. Ours are relaxation sessions: immersive sound and guided rest, designed to calm the nervous system and help people unwind. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable; weekend evenings and bridal season go first. Short notice is often possible, so ask anyway.
How do payment and rescheduling work?
Requesting a date is free and holds nothing. We reply within one business day with availability and a written quote, and the quote sets out the deposit and the rescheduling terms before you pay anything.
