Vinyasa flow Light On Lotus Yoga
Founded by Kate Duyn in 2016 and billed as soulful and sweaty: the signature Lotus Flow is an open-level vinyasa that still means to make you work. Practice happens inside, out in the garden when the weather allows, or live-streamed from home, and the schedule also carries prenatal classes, kirtans, sound baths and teacher trainings. A Wellness Wing books massage, acupuncture and reiki by appointment.
Vinyasa flow Red Diamond Yoga Washington
The second Red Diamond room, on Washington Boulevard, running the same mix as the Palms studio (vinyasa flow, restorative, traditional practice and meditation), with an infrared sauna attached. Teacher trainings, breathwork trainings, workshops and community adventures round it out. Long opening hours: most days from 7am to 8pm, short on Saturdays.
