Home Yoga & Wellness Retreat in Stowe, Vermont
Four days of yoga, snowshoeing and sauna at Sterling Forest Lodge, December 10 to 13, 2026.
About the retreat
Free Spirited Wanderer's Home Yoga & Wellness Retreat (the hosts write it h{OM}e) is a three-night winter weekend at Sterling Forest Lodge in Stowe's Sterling Valley, December 10 to 13, 2026. It is led by Carole Keefer, who was born and raised in Vermont and is running her fourth retreat in Stowe. The group is capped at 14 and has the lodge to itself.
The days mix yoga, meditation and breathwork with talks on yoga philosophy and Ayurveda, a guided snowshoe trek on the lodge grounds, a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge, and plenty of free time. Classes suit all levels. Meals are vegetarian and seasonal, drawn from local farms and the lodge garden.
MyLAyoga does not run this retreat. Enquiries come to us first: tell us which room you want and we confirm availability, the current price and how to book with the hosts, then follow up with you ourselves.
