A small El Segundo studio that puts Reformer Pilates, yoga and sound baths under one roof with dry salt therapy. Yoga, from Yin to Yoga Sculpt, is taught inside the salt studio, which is kept at about 68 to 70°F rather than heated, and weekly sound baths run in the same salt-infused room. Group sessions are capped at five people, mats can be rented in the studio, and new clients can start with a three-visit pack for $79. A private salt suite is available for one or two guests, children included.
