A small pastel room above the Pacific Coast Highway with an ocean view, running yoga, meditation and breathwork classes and workshops. Half of it is a curated shop — books, records and handmade objects — and the project extends into a podcast, so the space is as much a scene as a timetable. Meditation The Mindry
A meditation-first wellness centre off Cross Creek Road that describes itself as a sanctuary more than a studio — cushions before mats. The in-studio schedule mixes meditation and yoga, with private sessions, body and energy work, workshops and trainings alongside, plus an on-demand library if you would rather practise at home. There is a shop attached selling incense, oils and singing bowls.
